Honeycomb
Honeycomb is Red Bear’s flagship billing and operations platform. A cloud-native billing system, built for the UK energy market that has been crafted from years of experience observing (and shaping) supplier-best practices. It handles complexity without adding it and gives suppliers the freedom to shape the system to their needs.
All of Honeycomb’s features are available via RESTful API calls, enabling smooth integration with existing CRM and workflow implementations.

Backend Bots
Rather than build our platform as one big system, we’ve built lots of smaller systems that interact and can scale out in the Cloud. Each Bot has a well-documented RESTful API that allows you to include our components in your own software ecosystem, no matter your preferred flavour of technology.
Capabilities include flow interpretation and industry interaction through trusted partners, customer ledgers and bookkeeping, payments, readings and billing for electricity and gas.

SaundersBot
SaundersBot allows you to gain confidence that your software can handle common industry scenarios. It impersonates downstream industry parties and allows you to simulate processes such as gains, lossses, meter exchanges (and others) in both happy and non-happy path scenarios. It’s effortless to create new tests, it doesn’t require anyone to manually edit dataflows, and saves you hours of preparation time. You can be sure that your scenario testing is accurate, repeatable, efficient and GDPR-complaint
SchizoBot
SchizoBot allows you to ensure your dataflows reach only the correct destinations and adds extra value on top of other flow routing systems. Perhaps you have two different billing systems for different customer segments or are gradually transitioning between a legacy platform and a new one? SchizoBot allows you to specify a highly configurable routing ruleset that allows MPAN-level customisation. It’s also adaptive and can learn which systems are interested in which dataflows and MPANs.
DNO Invoicing
DNO Invoicing provides a reporting database of invoicing data from Distribution Network Operators and identifies anomalies through reconciliation. It integrates with your billing platform to ensure that the correct capacity charges are billed and pass-through charges are delivered to customer bills. It turns the Electralink D2021 dataflow into valuable repository of financial data and protects your bottom line.
